The Foundation for National Political Leadership (FNPL) was originally founded in 1993 by Dr. Esther S. Lee, (formerly known as Dr. Esther Lee Yao,) ( click here to see FNPL file) in Houston, Texas with an office in Washington, DC. The honorary board members consisted of congressional leaders, presidential appointees and elected official from both the Democratic and Republican Parties. (click here to see Brochure) Ms. Dawn Lin led the Houston chapter. ( click here to see Houston chapter) FNPL was revitalized in 2010 under the leadership of Mr. Andy Pan, the executive director.
The mission of FNPL is:
1) To enhance the POLITICAL PARTICIPATION of grassroots Americans.
2) To encourage the POLITICAL INVOLVEMENT of culturally different groups.
3) To promote better POLITICAL UNDERSTANDING among various cultural groups.
4) To provide training for POLITICAL LEADERSHIP to the youth of different cultures in America.
